At eto, di natanggap;( hahahaha. Applied Oct, they responded Dec for JO and FA - Application Support position pero hindi ako napunta doon (ang tricky nito pramis).

I got through Accenture's assessment exam this month and I'm scheduled for an interview next week.
Just some questions before I proceed:. I sent both an e-mail to someone who'd refer me and an application via Jobstreet. When I was near their site in Mandaluyong intending to walk in, I received a call from their HR who wanted me to go some days later instead.

Somehow, I was still allowed to take the assessment exam and was given an interview schedule after passing the exam. Yet I still received a text message informing me of my schedule for an exam I already took. Would showing up days ahead of schedule for their exam affect me negatively?. If asked about my willingness to be assigned in different branches, would they turn me down for hesitating to be deployed to branches too far from home, or would they be fine with it?.
Is mentioning that my career plans for the next five years might involve moving to another company or going freelance 1-2 years later be okay for them? Is mentioning that my career plans for the next five years might involve moving to another company or going freelance 1-2 years later be okay for them? No, as it just shows your eagerness to be part of their company. Excluding them on the picture wouldn’t be okay to them, of course. Just my thoughts.

Excluding them on the picture wouldn’t be okay to them, of course. So, can I safely mention training myself for roles that are unlikely to exist there, like game development? And one more question: would telling them that I have pending applications for similar roles in other companies hurt my chances of getting hired?
It’s different, and you’re saying game development is what interests you. You could just lie to get accepted and decide if you are in the situation already.
Tell them Yes, you have other pending applications but ACN is your priority. Wait, from your questions, is ACN really your priority? Hi guys, I just want to share what I've experienced applying as an ASE.
9:15 - Arrived at Accenture Recruitment Hub in Boni, halos under 50 palang applicants at that time 9:45 - Online Profile Creation, habang nagawa ng profile, HR requested a copy of my resume, then nagpakita sya sakin ng papel with 6 positions namely:. Application Development. User Experience Design (UI/UX). Analytics. Software Tester. Consulting/Business Analysis. Application Modern Support.
Project Management Office Then I was told to choose 3. I chose App Development, UI/UX design (since trip ko din naman mag design) and lastly Software Testing (no choice, lol ). 10:15 - Proceeded to the testing area. Filled up a form about you, contact references, etc. 10: 30 - Started to take exam. Take note: Guys, sa AMCAT sila naka base sa pagkuha ng exams, better yet try to answer some from that site. Format ng exam is: Logic (medyo na - gg ako lol) Fault Finding (easy, focus lang kelangan dito) English (which is very elementary ang questions hehe).
Finally, the Personality and Behavioral exam (just rate the description from least you and most you) 12:15 PM – Finished the test and proceeded to the waiting area for results. Around 2:00 umabot na sa over 200 applicants ang nasa recruitment hub, which made me realized kung bakit pala matagal ang recruitment process nila. Come to think of it kung araw-araw ganito diba.
3:15 PM – My name was called to take the Language Assessment (means nakapasa ka ng exam) The Language Assessment is composed of 6 sections: A, B, C, D, E and F. Over the telephone ang exam, madali lang naman sya just follow the instructions.
Dun lang ako nahirapan sa section F kung san you are given a topic then talk about it for 45 seconds. (Don’t worry, they will give you 30 seconds to think of a story, mine was to talk about a school playground ) 4:10 PM - I was called again informing that I passed the Language Assessment. HR told me that I was scheduled for HR interview on May 25. Inform ko nalang ulit kayo guys after my HR Interview. Yun lang guys sana nakatulong, bale alam nyu na a few part of their recruitment process. Kudos to future applicants! Shout out nga pala kay engr.
Labita, na umuwi nalang kase di nakapagantay for language assessment hahaha. Sa April 30 ang schedule ko. Wish me luck at sayo din!
Guys, i just want to share my experience. I went there today (walk-in) at 3F Robinsons Forum (Boni).
I filled out an application form and passed it in the reception area, then I'm asked to wait at the lobby. My name was called, along with other names, and we went to the examination room and took the exam there. There were two types of exams for ASE (I'm applying for this post), English and Aptitude/Programming. Regarding the English part, it's composed of reading comprehension, etc.
Next is the Aptitude/Programming exam, I thought it would be about writing your own pseudocode in any prog.
Language in solving the problem. Well, turned out I'm wrong, and if you'll asks me, it's just an abstract reasoning kind of exam and it also has math problems(carry lang toh guys, wag lang tamaring mag-isip ). After the exam, you'll be asked to wait at the lobby (nuod2x muna dun sa tv nila na paulit-ulit. pinapakita. Then you're name will be called and they'll tell you the result of your exam (sabi sakin 'Congratulations.
You passed the exam!' And they'll schedule you for an interview right away (meron kang mga 1-2 hours para kumain muna). Your name will be called again and interview na!
Well, as usual, I felt like I blew up my interview again. Anyway, the interviewer told me at the end of our conversation that I passed both exam and the interview (tinanggap niya. mga english ko). The interviewer asked me on how long can I wait for that post. I answered until May (since May pa naman ang graduation).
Sabi ko either post will do. Ibig sabihin ba, after exam and hr interview, my isa pang interview sa lead?

Ganun ba iyon? Cara hack akun twitter.

Ganun ba iyon? I suggest you do not take IO position.
They have a smaller starting salary than ASE. From what i know, this position is offered to people who fail the exam/interview. The lead is the immediate supervisor of the interviewer. They probably had to confirm something with them. There is only one interview for ASE post.
Hello, it's good to be back. I'll try to answer some questions din po.
for a fresh grad. I think accenture really is the best place to be.
Foundation is good, and the opportunities are great. The downside lang naman is being assigned to a capability you don't want. About applying, contact me na lang for details. i think it means you are being considered. One of the requirements kasi talaga is your GPA.
My friend was put on hold kasi natagalan sa pagccompute ng GPA nya when he applied. sir, just try to follow-up on your application from time to time. If you have questions, you can contact me @ 3. Also for applicants who wants more details. Just text me.
